Eden professor Kristen Leslie took on the topic of death and dying on National Public Radio. Dr. Leslie, Professor of Pastoral Theology and Care at Eden, took part in the NPR program, "Where We Live," broadcast from Hartford, Connecticut, with host John Dankosky. The segment was entitled, "Living with the Mystery of our Death."

The program focused on  how the experiences of religious leaders impacts their views on death and dying, as well as their own mortality.

In addition to Dr. Leslie's expertise in pastoral care, the program also featured philosopher Shelly Kagan and Episcopal priest and theologian Danielle Tumminio, who shared the stories of how two priests and a rabbi understand their own mortality.

The program was broadcast on December 12.
